These Junie heeled sandals are crafted from lambskin leather and TPU. Featuring a low heel, they combine a wrap-around structure with a cushioned insole and a transparent upper with the Chloé logo.

Chloé collaborated with the Leather Working Group (LWG) to create this product. LWG certifies tanneries based on water and energy use, chemical management, solid waste, and wastewater.

Returns and Exchanges
You have fourteen (14) natural days from the date of delivery to request the return of the order. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, Retailers Regulation, amended by 47/2002, of December 19). For this purpose, every user must send an email to customerservice@chapeauvalencia.com specifying the reasons for the return, including the word "RETURN" and the order number. Once confirmation is received from the Chapeauvalencia.com team, the user will also receive a courier label and a proforma invoice that must be attached to the package for collection (in case the user is outside the European Union).
If the user is located within Spain, returns are free for orders over 300 euros and will be processed directly by Chapeau Fashion SL. Otherwise, returns will be charged according to our shipping and return rates. Chapeauvalencia.com will refund the payment within thirty (30) days. Chapeauvalencia.com reserves the right to not accept returns in some cases, such as lingerie, beachwear, headwear, and jewelry.
Users will bear the costs of return, unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect.
For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must comply with the following:
It must have our security tag. It must be in the same condition as delivered and must have the original tags and packaging. It must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received, or if this is not possible, a similar protective box will be accepted to ensure that the product reaches our warehouse safely. The receipt note must be included in the package.
If you have met the above requirements, Chapeau Fashion SL will proceed with the refund. Any costs that may arise in the customs of each country will or will not be reimbursed in accordance with the laws of each office knowing that it is not Chapeau Fashion SL who charges them (which is why all items purchased outside the EU are exempt from VAT).
All items returned for exchange must be made no later than fourteen (14) days for any item available on www.chapeauvalencia.com after receiving the returned product.
Returns that are not made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after receiving confirmation from Chapeau Fashion SL may be rejected.
